This place is awesome! I broke my friends pool cue & she was very adamant on me taking it only here for repair. I went, they fixed it and when it was time to pay he said "we guarantee our work, you're all set" great to see small businesses stand behind their work, especially during these times of financial difficulty and uncertainty! Had them move and replace felt. Robert was very communicative and helpful in setting everything up as well as explaining things I needed to know. Made sure there would be enough time for possible extras as well. Good service. Jose the technician and his assistant were easy to talk to and did their work diligently. I had a new tip put on my cue by Robert today and it was a very pleasant experience. There was a variety of tips to choose from and it was cool to watch him do the repair. We talked pool for a while and I ended up learning quite a bit from him. I wouldn't hesitate sending anyone I know here to take care of their billiards needs.
